Basic Home Staging
This service is for homes that are in good condition and only need a professional decorator’s touch to make the home look more attractive. Basic service starts at $500, and includes: consultation and redesign plan, furniture rearranging, linens, art and accessories.

Vacant Home Staging
We will furnish and decorate the home, either partially or fully. Prices start at $399/room, and include: consultation, furniture, accessories, delivery and retrieval . (price based one month rental)

Same day “Open House” preparation
You don’t have to worry about a thing the day of your Open House. We will arrive on your doorstep three hours before the Open House and will make sure that your home looks its best. We will clean, remove clutter, dress beds, add accessories and create an inviting atmosphere. Prices start at $500

Redesign
This service is for homes that need a complete makeover. Focusing on your home’s “best selling point”, we will paint, carpet, tile and change hardware. Additional improvements include adding or removing furniture, linens, art and accessories. This service is typically between 0.7% and 1.5% of the home’s selling price. This fee can be paid out of escrow, so you don’t have to pay until your home is sold. |
